PWGS Trade Fair 2023 is organized by P.W. Gold & Silver Ornament Merchants Association (PWGS).

PWGS Trade Fair welcomes you to its website www.tradefair.pwgs.org.my. References to the Site are deemed to include derivatives thereof, including but not necessarily limited to mobile websites and applications. The Terms of Use -as defined below- apply to our services, directly or indirectly made available to you through whatever means, including online registration, delegate requests or otherwise. By accessing, browsing and using the Site and/or by making a registration through www.tradefair.pwgs.org.my, you acknowledge and agree having read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Use.

Our different policies and guidelines, which can be found throughout the Site, including but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions of the www.tradefair.pwgs.org.my, FAQs, etc. (collectively the "Policies"), should be read in conjunction with and are an integral part of these terms and conditions and are hereby included by reference. The terms and conditions set out below and the Policies are collectively referred to as the "Terms of Use". If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please cease use of the Site immediately. The Terms of Use - as may be amended from time to time - constitute the entire agreement, and supersede any other agreements or understandings (oral or written), between you and us with respect to their subject matters unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up at the event venue without advance notice you are not entitled to any refund.

Refund Policy

When you cancel a registration and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund as soon as practicable. The processing may take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount is credited back and appears on your credit card / bank statement. The reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the time of cancellation and processing fees. 

Changes or Cancellation by www.tradefair.pwgs.org.my

We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations on any programme or session at any time. However, we will endeavour not to make a major change or cancel the programme or session within 72 hours of the event date, except by unforeseen events.

If we have to make a major change to your arrangements after registration, we will offer you the option of accepting the change or cancelling the registration and receiving a full refund of any monies paid to us. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any change.

Guaranteed Registration

All registration made with www.tradefair.pwgs.org.myare guaranteed. If your registration becomes unavailable or cannot be honoured upon on-site registration because of a mistake by www.tradefair.pwgs.org.my, please immediately contact us at hello@tradefair.pwgs.org.my via email.

We will arrange an event pass for you. The full cost of the registration, including any tax and service charges will be borneby us. We will also bear all communication costs to our office.

Feedback and Suggestions

If you have a complaint about any reviews, comments or material posted on this website you should put such complaint in writing (giving as much information as possible about the circumstances) to: hello@tradefair.pwgs.org.my

Note that www.tradefair.pwgs.org.my reserves the right to ask for further information in relation to nature of such complaint and, if necessary, may ask you to verify your identify.

In the event that you have complaints about the event, please immediately contact us via email hello@tradefair.pwgs.org.my to assist you with your complaints.

Our Liability

We do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Any act or omission by the organiser in any respect is beyond our control and we do not accept any liability for the same. We accept responsibility for proven acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors provided that they were at the time carrying out work in the course of their employment or contract.

We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.

We endeavour to provide as much information as possible about the event on this website. However, please note that it is your responsibility to check with your details in the event that you require any special services.
